Return and Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds are offered.
Returns are accepted only in the event of an incorrect order (for example, if you receive the wrong item). Any approved return must be reported within five days after delivery and the item must be unused and in its original condition.
We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, preference changes, or normal variations inherent in handmade ceramic goods.
Damaged Items
Ceramic Curiosities takes great care in packaging all orders. However, once an item has been shipped, we are not responsible for damage that occurs during transit.
If your item arrives damaged, Ceramic Curiosities will work with you to assist in obtaining a refund or claim through the shipping carrier. The buyer agrees to cooperate by providing photographs, documentation, and any information required by the shipping company to process the claim. Any refund issued will be provided by the shipping carrier according to their policies and coverage.
Ceramic Curiosities cannot issue direct refunds or replacements for items damaged during shipping unless and until a claim has been approved by the shipping carrier.
