Description
This mug is part of my Sheet Music Series, featuring the opening notes of Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star written in treble clef. It’s a playful, nostalgic piece, great for musicians, Suzuki teachers, or anyone with a soft spot for childhood melodies.
The interior is glazed with Amaco Blue Midnight for a deep, glossy finish. The outside is glazed with Amaco Tourmaline, a rich, variegated surface.
*For this mug, I tried using stickers to block out the notes as a resist method, but the glaze ran more than expected during firing, partially obscuring the sheet music. The mug is still fully functional, just a little more abstract than planned! Because of that, I’ve discounted the price.
